XP‑FlightDeck License Agreement

Thank you for using XP‑FlightDeck. By installing or using the plugin, you agree to the terms below.

1. Definitions

• Plugin: the XP‑FlightDeck plugin for Touch Portal and X‑Plane 12.
• License: the right to install and use the Plugin under these terms.
• Free version: the Plugin build with limited features and no license key required.
• Licensed version: the Plugin build that unlocks advanced features with a valid license.

2. License Grant

• Scope: Non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to install and use the Plugin.
• Devices: A paid license allows installation on up to 5 devices (macOS or Windows) belonging to you.
• Duration: No time limit. The license is perpetual unless terminated under section 9.
• Free version: May be used without a license key but offers limited features.

3. Requirements

• Touch Portal Pro (latest version).
• X‑Plane 12 (latest minor version recommended).
• Supported OS: macOS 12+ and Windows 10/11.

4. Activation and Licenses

• Licenses are issued manually. Request via email: support@xp-flightdeck.com.
• Follow the email instructions to activate your license in the Plugin.

5. Updates and Changes

We may provide updates, changes, or new versions. We do not guarantee compatibility with all aircraft or third‑party add‑ons. Some updates may require Touch Portal or X‑Plane updates.

6. Restrictions

• No reverse engineering, decompiling, or circumventing license mechanisms.
• No resale, sublicensing, or public distribution of the Plugin or license keys.
• Do not misrepresent ownership or remove notices.

7. Support

Best‑effort support is available at support@xp-flightdeck.com. Response times are not guaranteed.

8. Privacy

License requests collect the information you submit (e.g., name, email). We use it only to issue and service your license. See the Licenses API guides for technical details: Guides.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate the license for material breach (e.g., abuse, tampering, redistribution). Upon termination you must stop using and uninstall the Plugin.

10. Warranty Disclaimer

The Plugin is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Use at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or lost profits, arising from use of the Plugin.
